Developing conceptual Designs to submit preliminary designs.
Coordinate the various internal and external technical stakeholders (partners, particularly designers, subcontractors, etc.).
Involved in the project management of Infrastructure preliminary and detailed design review.
Serve as technical expert to make engineering decisions, accept design proposals or technical solutions, make recommendations, resolve technical clashes, etc.
Manage a team of local and international experts for consulting services as part of the PMC team.
Responsible for engineering documentation approval /management.
Ensuring that risks are identified and controlled.
