Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Saudi National Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dammam Office, Saudi Arabia. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Suggest Management on applicable labour laws and their compliance.
  • Safeguard company by complying to the labor law
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and administering employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
  • You will visit construction site areas (remote locations) for periodic inspections, meetings and training.
Preferred Candidate:
  • You must be a Saudi National
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Having certification or diploma from CIPD or SHRM (preferred but not a must)
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabias labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Fluent in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and conducting interviews.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
