Job Description

  • Having up to date knowledge of Saudi Labor laws, Saudization system and Nitaqat˙
  • Negotiating and creating job offers for selected candidates.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Run the daily functions of the Human Resource department.
  • Monitors violations and prepares warning letters after the required approval.
  • Follows up the attendance system.
  • Prepares the HR reports and letters.
  • In charge of GOSI.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
