We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delivering Health, Safety, and Environment training programs, especially within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.The candidate will be responsible for conducting HSE training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing trainees, and ensuring that all training activities meet professional safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver HSE training programs to trainees and employeesPrepare and update training materials, presentations, and assessmentsConduct practical and theoretical training sessionsEvaluate trainees? performance and provide feedbackEnsure training delivery complies with safety standards and industry requirementsMaintain training records and attendance reportsPromote a strong safety culture among traineesSupport the development of HSE training plans and programsRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor?s Degree in Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or any related fieldSafety certificates such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or OTHMMinimum 5 years of experience as a TrainerMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial field / Oil & Gas sectorFluent in EnglishStrong communication and presentation skillsGood knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices
