Job Description

  • Carry out Internal / External QHSE Audits and liaise with Lloyd?s register quality assurance (LRQA) as per a defined?audit schedule.
  • Conduct in depth Investigations for?all QHSE related incidents and liaise with local management teams creating corrective and immediate action plans.
  • Identify and implement QHSE improvements on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the QHSE Manager.
  • Support Risk Identification Reporting (RIR) and ensure timley follow up and closure of RIRs.
  • Monitor and improve the Health, Safety & Environment in compliance with local legislations, regulations and?company policy.
  • Conduct regular inspections through- out the region covering?business facilities and depot / project sites but not limited to identifying potential risks or improvements required.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Location managers/ Service Managers/ STLs to ensure compliance with Aggreko?s QHSE policies and Best Operating Practices.
  • Ensuring compliance to all internal reporting processes identifying trend and gap analysis through reporting.
  • Support in the preparation of risk assessments and job safety analysis on an ongoing basis where required.
  • Review and verify the Monthly QHSE reports prepared by the QHSE Administrator.
  • Lead the OFC for Jebel Ali Base with assistance from QHSE Administraor and guidance from the QHSE Manager.
  • Liaise with the suppliers and service providers for all HSE related rerquirements in conjunction with the QHSE Manager.
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities for any HSE related issues that may need to be resolved in a timely manner with guidance from the QHSE Manager.
  • Conduct internal QHSE inductions encompassing all relevant staff and sub ? contractors when required.
  • Maintaining Suppliers Non-Conformance log and liasing with relevant personnel for closing out the concerns/issues.
  • Identify potential?training requirements relevant to QHSE and produce training calendar proposals for review.
  • Manages the progress of the HSE Reports (Risks and Incidents) for the assigned area.
  • Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.
