Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the worlds leading food manufacturingcompaniesinDammam,Saudi Arabia.Our client is looking for a HSE Officer to oversee theoverall effectiveness of the Health and Safety Programs in their food processing facilities.<br /><br />-Conduct & regularly review risk assessment for all areas of the factory, implement site specific control measures to minimize hazards<br />- Provide the top management with the necessary reports on the EHS management system established within the property along with recommendations for improvement<br />- Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs) related to Environmental Health and Safety measures and HACCP and the corresponding reports<br />- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity<br />- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc<br />- Ensure that the employees are trained on the basic EHS awareness training identified for their departmental operations<br />- On the production floor presence providing a strong health and safety mentoring , coaching and support to operations<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Proven experience as HSE Officer in a Food manufacturing environment<br />- Diploma/ Bachelors inOccupational health and safety; related fields like engineering, biology, chemistry, or industrial hygiene<br />-Able to communicate effectively<br />- Familiar with all Industrial HSE Standards<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits<br />
