Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HSE Officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. This role requires a proactive approach to managing risks, implementing policies, and fostering a culture of safety.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Design and deliver safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
