Job Description

Tasks Related to Government Liaison in Saudi Arabia:

  • Overseeing and completing all government transactions related to employees, such as renewing residencies, issuing visas, updating national IDs, and more.
  • Working with the systems of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, General Directorate of Passports, and Labor Office (e.g., Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem platforms).
  • Preparing the necessary documents and paperwork for government visits and ensuring they are submitted in the correct format.
  • Managing employee-related matters concerning social insurance and health insurance, including registration or updating their details as needed.
  • Handling any issues related to official transactions and resolving them in coordination with the relevant authorities.
Human Resources Tasks:
  • Preparing and updating employee files in line with company policies.
  • Contributing to identifying training needs and implementing development programs.
  • Supporting the employee performance evaluation process and working to improve job performance.
  • Managing employee complaints and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Preparing periodic reports on human resources and analyzing workforce data.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Tasks:
  • Identifying the workforce needs of various departments, especially for technical roles, in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Advertising technical job vacancies through various channels and receiving job applications.
  • Screening resumes of technical candidates and coordinating interviews with technical supervisors.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies inside and outside the Kingdom to attract skilled technical labor.
  • Following up on the recruitment process, including preparing contracts, visa procedures, and coordinating with relevant authorities.
  • Ensuring that recruited personnel meet job requirements and verifying the completion of all necessary documentation.
