Job Description

Key Responsibility areas:Performance Management, Talent Acquisition/Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Partnering with key stakeholders, partnering, Budgeting, System and process Implementations with shared services and BUsRole

  • Manage the manpower budget for the Business Unit ensure that actual cost is aligned to budgeted cost.
  • Manage compliance with employment legislations, re-visit processes and policies on a timely basis to ensure it meets business needs
  • Enhance staff retention and identify trends to reduce staff turnover within team
  • Monitor staff satisfaction to reduce risk and meet the business objectives of the organization
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with key stakeholders and customers
  • Create succession plan and drive improvement plans within team ensure that medium and long term talent requirements are managed
  • Create and Drive Business Transformation through Talent Programs / catering to individual / group needs
  • Manage Saudization through recruitment drives
  • Familiar with all government portal such as GOSI, HRDF, Qiwa, etc.,
