Facility Maintenance? Supervise and manage all SPSP facilities remain in a state of good repair? Resolves concerns and problems, ensuring that services are provided in a professional and safe manner.? Supervises, supports and assists staff? Ensure to maintain health and safety environment? Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance.? Space management, utilities and communications infrastructure.Operational Support? Coordination and evaluation of all facility requirement such as furniture, maintenance tools, spare part of equipment? Review of all materials requests received from various departments/personnel for facility related items and prepare Purchase Requests for any new purchases?
