Consults and provides a continuous evaluation of executive leadership on short and long-term strategic financial objectives/investment decisions of the Al Qaryan Group of Companies.? Builds and analyses complex financial models for the Group and its subsidiaries on their future investments.? Ensures proper financial and Capital structure of the Group is maintained and complies with local laws and lenders covenants.? Works closely with Owners, Executive Management and the Board of Directors with advice on the management of the investment portfolio and takes all Board approved actions regarding the portfolio.? Analyses cash flow, cost controls, expenses, and all financial statements to pinpoint potential areas for improvement to enhance financial performance and capitalize on business opportunities.? Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.? Builds and motivates the finance team to achieve departmental goals and overall Group?s strategy and objectives.? Builds and maintains lending relationships with banks to achieve best financing limits, requirements and terms and conditions to the favor of the group.? Monitors banking activities of the Group and ensures adequate cash flow to meet business needs.? Reports financial results to the board of directors and evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.? Ensures credibility of Group Finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts to the Owners, Executive Management and the Board of Directors? Builds comprehensive financial reporting dashboard for the management that outlines the financial?performance of the Group and its subsidiaries.Establishes and maintains strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seeks a full range of business solutions.? Provides Executive Management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.? Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the Company? Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.? Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable Saudi regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.? Ensures financial reports & records as per the requirements of auditors and government agencies.? Maintains relations with external auditors and investigates their findings and recommendations.
