Must be a native of a Middle Eastern Country with excellent capabilities in the Arabic language and has spent minimum 10 years working in Saudi Arabia and has spent a few years either studying or living in the United States.Must have received a bachelors degree, preferably from a US university in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. A business MBA would be desirable but not necessary.20 years of progressive manufacturing experience of gas and oil equipment. Preferably currently having same role (GM) or Operations Manager in a manufacturing company OR with at least 15 years of increasing management responsibility in an engineering and manufacturing environmentStrong operational experience with the ability to establish and measure KPIs.Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Proven financial acumen.Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Possess working knowledge of JIT Lean manufacturing techniques.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeProven record of team building capability.
