Position: Design EngineerMedium Voltage Switchgear(IEC Standard) Review customer requirements and specifications and do the Engineering work for assigned jobs, which would include but not limited to equipment layout drawings, BOM, three-line diagrams, section views, and design calculations as per agreed timelines. Prepare ordering information and initiate procurement of raw materials/components. Capable of defining the technical specifications of the product components. Cooperate and coordinate with production and quality team to resolve issues and improve design quality. Ensure timely creation and release of the drawings/documents/BOM to meet manufacturing targets..Work Experience5 years experience in Medium Voltage Design Engineer in Switchgear Manufacturing Company. Good experience in CAD software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, Elecdes. Experience in ERP software and entering BOM Required SkillsKnowledge in system relaying and a similar engineering work. Familiar with international technical standards (IEC) related to job category. Knowledge about IEC Enclosure types and classifications. Relay configuration and Industrial Communication protocols. Awareness of QMS/EMS Policies and standards.EducationBS/BE/BTech Electrical EngineeringSALARY: Commensurate with the qualification and experience.
