? Perform assembly from components per manuals, specifications and assembly drawings/bill of material.? Manipulation of parts, test rigs, and assembly jigs to facilitate production.? Hydrotest and Leak Testing of piping systems? Performs visual & basic measurement inspection of parts subsequent to assembly? Determines location, position, accuracy of fit, conformity to contour, etc., of parts and assemblies by comparison with blueprints? Uses check tools, fixtures, inspection gauges, and precision measuring devices to acquire product acceptance data.? Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect parts? Recognize process variation, adjusts accordingly while maintaining compliant work practices to consistently produce conforming hardware.? Ability to use basic hand tools, pneumatic grinders, torque wrenches, etc.? Good mechanical aptitude? Ability to assembly/disassembly piping and mechanical parts, adjust and install mechanical components to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
