Job Description

Job Summary:Supervise all shop members and take the leadership to keep safety first, achieve the required quality and lead time, and report the work schedule to Factory Manager timely.Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation of the weekly and monthly work planning.
  2. Co-ordination and Allocation of manpower.
  3. Direct communication with management team.
  4. Co-ordination between ? Component Repair and Rotor Shops.
  5. Supervise Repair and Overhaul activities ?Machining, Lifting plan, Coating, Blasting, Heat treatment, dismantle and reassemble rotor.
  6. On time, on budget completion of workshop activities.
  7. Ensure prompt communication to immediate supervisor of any shortfall in process or documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with QHSE policy & procedures.
