1-Fixed asset controller manages the companys assets to record and track all transactions related to the companys assets.2-Fixed assets controllerentails conducting timely physical inventories of assets to validate the accuracy of her records and report any losses.3-Tracking existing fixed assets across all locations and monitoring efficiency.4-Fixed Asset controller is to help the company monitor and manage all fixed assets giving timely reports on productivity and performance of these fixed assets.5-Responsible for fixed assets labelling, regular inspection and taking inventory.6-Fixed asset controller also works with any internal or external personnel to ensure the protection of those valuable assets and the accuracy of the record keeping.7-Manages the complete life cycle of company assets that are owned, leased or licensed for the company.8-Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the fixed asset.9-To track assets transfer and recording.
