Develop Asset control Strategy for all group Departments & Business Units and present to Management for approval.
Asset Management policies and procedures
Developing, directing the Asset Management policies and procedures within the Group including the full cycle of assets: buying, inspection, tagging, disposal, storage.
Develop loss prevention Procedures to ensure that Assets are protected from theft. Investigates internal and external theft and develop Controls to avoid future incidents.
Compliance with policies & procedures
Direct & Plan Asset inspections to ensurecompliance with Asset Management policies & procedures by all entities within the group for all assets including: Truck fleet, Furniture, IT infrastructure assets, and others.
Collaborate with finance to Verifies financial data (e.g., leased, depreciated or expensed), and monitors and reconciles changes inAsset inventory and performs spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
Asset utilization Analysis
Recommend Corrective actions by reviewing Analysis reports about Asset Utilizations across the Group to ensure that all Assets are utilized properly.
Oversee the inspection of the Valuable assets and Recommend actions for safety, loss prevention and utilization to preserve the company assets with right conditions.
Asset Management through Lifecycle
Managing corporate assets through their full cycle in line with Asset Management policies & procedures: Group corporate vehicle fleet, CHO furniture, and other CHO assets.
Assets Database
Monitor Database to ensure that the asset data is complete, accurate and up-to-date and the requirements of other business units in relation to asset data are satisfied.
Maintains and manages Assets & supplier records, service level agreements, software license information and updates, and assists in developing Group wide Asset purchasing standards and procedures.
Team Management
Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective application of the group?s performance and development review process
Coach, train and motivate all team members through on-going programs to get best from everyone.
Reporting
Monitor, consolidate, and validate asset utilization reports from all group entities & operating companies, prepare reporting to Group President, and other Group governing entities as required.
