Visiting customers and ensuring their systems are working properly.
Positioning fire alarm equipment using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
Installing, commissioning and maintaining residential and domestic fire sprinkler systems.
Demonstrating systems to customers and explaining details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms to them.
Showing customers how to set fire alarms and how to turn them off.
Feeding cables through access holes, roof spaces, or cavity walls to reach fixture fire alarms circuits.
Using tools to locate problems and faults such as loose connections.
