.Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monthly close: Delivering a timely and accurate monthly close, in accordance with US and local statutory GAAP and bridging across to HFM.
Local statutory reporting: Support the preparation of local statutory accounts and annual external audit process.
Change management: Leadership role in business process improvements and changes.
Internal controls and Sox compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements including Sarbanes Oxley.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting teams of the assigned business units providing mentorship and guidance.
Tax Compliance: Support the direct and indirect tax compliance and filing requirements.
Performing other duties or participating on special projects as assigned by management.
