Provide Financial planning and accounting support for CEO and CFO of Arabian Rig Manufacturing.? (ARM). Assist in the implementation of the systems processes and policies to a start-up company.? Build a financial accounting team to support operations. Work with operations management to continuously improve efficiency and productivity.? Create budgets and financial forecasts that support current facility projections.???Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Gather various financial reports related to income, expenditures, taxes, and inventory, and perform a thorough analysis to help determine company?s financial status and assist with planning.?Coordinate with sales group to ensure accurate revenue forecastHire train and lead cost accounting manager, ledger controller and project controller.Partner with operations management to provide advice and technical assistance with financial information and results.?Presentation of monthly, Quarterly, and Annual performance results.Review and analysis of monthly actual results vs plan/forecast.Analyze product costs and ensure accuracy.?If any accounting or reconciliation issues are discovered or reported, the Operational Controller is responsibility to research and resolve them.?Ensure Facility compliance with SOX requirements.?Assist in special assignments as needed.
