Artificial Lift Systems is a product line in the Baker Hughes portfolio, providing pumping systems to both the Oil and Gas and Geothermal market. Partner with the best As a Field Operator, you will provide support for Artificial Lifts operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet operation schedule and customer satisfactions. As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Understanding of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Being responsible under supervision for spooling and banding electrical power cable utilized on ESP systems
  • Maintaining cable service truck and trailer, performing daily inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Assisting with cable repair as needed at the cable repair service center.
  • Completing of DOT log books, DOT inspection forms, and turn in for office records
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 2 years of experience in ALS operations.
