1. Experience in rotating equipment field is general.2. Familiar with appropriate analytical skills and experimental techniques for Motor repair & Service.3. Capable of installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling, and repair.4. Good knowledge of engineering drawings.5. Familiar with manufacturing process and methods for motor products.6. Strong knowledge of hand tools.7. Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site or workshop.8. Develops materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills.9. Specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner.10. Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff.11. Have an experience in alignment methods (Laser kit is plus).
