We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and bookings through various channels such as social media, email.- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.- Manage social media platforms and engage with the audience- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance- Provide excellent customer service through various channels- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Prepare weekly/ monthly reports to Marketing Manager- Collaborate with sales and operation team (requires presence in branches some days of the week) to streamline order processing procedures and improve customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Proven experience in digital marketing and customer service- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and design tools are advantageous.- Proficiency in English and Arabic
