Job Description

Achieve and add value from his workplace and his responsibility (adding value to the coat hislevel of work), by performing and playing (PLOC) the roles of planning, leadership anddirection for the team, organizing resources under his management (under his responsibility),and monitoring and controlling performance and achievement, in order to achieve the visionsAnd aspirations and conforms to the values and principles of the company and according tothe internal systems and regulations approved in the company.

• Ensure the development of a strategic and operational plan for the department to control productivity.
• Ensure that the planned and agreed upon objectives, whether quantitative or qualitative, are achieved efficiently in terms of effort, cost and time.
• Ensure efficient coordination, follow-up, and reports that support performance tracking, either through technology or manually
• Ensure the provision of appropriate support and facilitation to all of his subordinates through enabling (enabling) by giving disciplined powers and by providing resources and through moral and material stimulation (energizing) based on the reward and appreciation system approved by the company.
• Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
• Ensuring the quality of the coordination, synergy, & integration task between the Security and Safety Department and all factory departments, based on appreciation, respect and mutual support (mutual respect, trust, & support).
• Ensuring the achievement of the organizational structure and institutionalization of work in the department and cooperation to achieve the same requirement at the company level through the following:

1. Training and personal qualification for the department employees on the approved bylaws, regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Ensure a high level of personal compliance and compliance with all department employees with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
3. Ensuring a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Control Department related to auditing the application of regulations and procedures and continuous correction .
4. Ensuring the development of KSA competencies, both at the personal level and for the departments staff, through developing work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve operational skills and confront and challenge unwanted behaviors and attitudes.
5. Ensure the second row construction in the department by building and providing an alternative every critical technical job.

• Ensuring the preservation of the companys reputation from its workplace and improving the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and among the companys employees
• Ensuring effectiveness in his work and the work of the departments employees (the ability to prioritize: A - B - C etc.) and the personal competence and efficiency of the department staff (time of delivery of work, effort and cost) in carrying out all the following tasks and technical files assigned to him:

1. Supervising security workers, and coordinating among them to ensure the provision of security and safety around the clock in all factory facilities and facilities.
2. Supervising the follow-up of the implementation of regulations, rules and instructions related to security and safety.
3. Supervising the follow-up of recent developments in the field of mechanisms, devices and equipment in the field of security and safety and submitting appropriate suggestions to benefit from them .
4. Monitor alarms in factories
5. Supervising the installation of fire extinguishers and following them up inside the factory buildings.
6. Carry out evacuation tasks when necessary inside factories.
7. Implementing the requirements of the Civil Defense Authority.

• Performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned to him by the administration or his direct manager.
