˙Processing Staff?s Resignation & Termination Letters & Liase with Payroll.
Issuing Warning & Deduction Letters for Staff.
˙Preparing and circulating Internal Circular?s for HR Admin Department
˙Preparing Certificates, Consulate Letters (English). Interacting with the staff in order to fulfil their requirement
˙Responsible for Medical Insurance for all staff & dependents for uploading details on insurance website Also, receiving Insurance claims and distributing to staff accordingly
˙Correspondence & liase with the team on matters pertaining to Admin and raising Staff Actions Forms and follow up?s.
˙Maintaining & Updating all departmental documentation
˙Handling Staff matters for Salary follow ups and their Vacation, Insurance, Exit/Re-entry, Iqama Renewal and all related Matters.
˙Any other work related to Secretarial or Admin as assigned by Management.
