Job Description

We are hiring an Events and Programming Manager to join the company. Based in Dammam or Jeddah but with potential to manage multiple locations, you will lead our efforts to drive growth of new clients and partners. In this role you will collaborate across the business to create events and establish the facility?s timetable to maximize footfall during operating hours. The ideal candidate will be a fitness expert with a strong understanding of implementing fitness programs. This is a critical role, driving community engagement, positive word of mouth, and generating growth of new clients and customers.To be considered for this demanding role, you?ll need to be an exceptional communicator, with demonstrable business results through testing and deploying programs and/or events. Youll have an innovative mindset and enjoy engaging with multiple audiences to gather ideas and feedback for scheduling, event production strategies and priorities and of course have a huge passion to work in the sports industry.Applicants will need to be comfortable with a varying workload and tight deadlines, but will also need to be calm and measured under pressure with the ability to delegate to team members.?In return, we offer a competitive salary and the chance to leave your mark on a business during the growth stage.?Where you?ll make an impact:?Events:?

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences (clients, prospective clients, corporates, academies and schools)
  • Collaborate across teams to develop timely, relevant sports events?
  • Develop, manage and drive the execution of the events strategy and calendar
  • Partner with brands that complement and support our mission
  • Manage the production of all events including hosting, moderation and end-to-end project management
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to create awareness of our events among key audiences
  • Manage relationships with contractors/freelancers and external partners supporting community events?
  • Coordinate volunteers, including their recruitment and training
  • Ensure that all company uniforms and grooming standards for the team are followed
?Programming:?
  • Plan, develop and implement facility programming?
  • Survey customers to determine their satisfaction with the facility?s programs and activities
  • Analyze the performance of the facility schedule on a fortnightly basis while finding opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Develop relationships with corporates, schools, federations and academies to develop the facilities program?
  • Develop and distributes the facility schedule and any programming communications on a monthly basis
