He/she is the key person in management of patients under his/her care. The Endocrinology Consultant is responsible for the care of all patients with Endocrine disorders and Diabetes Mellitus. Such patients may be seen in the in-patient, out-patient and emergency room settings. Also available for consultations when needed from other departments/refer to other hospitals for advanced care.- Education & Licensure:- Saudi Board, Arab Board , Saudi fellowship or equivalent degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).- Maintains a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license as Consultant.- Professional Experience:- Minimum of three (3) years? experience practicing as Consultant for a new contract as Consultant.- Minimum of five (5) years? experience working as Senior Registrar for any promotion to Consultant post.
