Job Description

• Ensure efficient coordination, follow-up and reports that support performance tracking, either through technology or manually
• Ensure the provision of appropriate support and facilitation to all of his subordinates through enabling (enabling) by giving disciplined powers and by providing resources and through moral and material stimulation (energizing) based on the reward and appreciation system approved by the company.
• Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
• Ensuring the quality of the coordination, synergy, & integration task between the maintenance department and all factory departments, based on appreciation, mutual respect and support (mutual respect, trust, & support).
• Ensure achieving the organizational structure and institutionalizing work in factories and cooperating to achieve the same requirement at the company level through the following:

1. Training and personal qualification for factory employees on the approved rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Ensure a high level of personal compliance and compliance with all factory employees with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
3. Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Control Department in relation to auditing the application of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
4. Ensure the development of KSAs, whether on the personal or the factory level, through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve operational skills and confront and challenge unwanted behaviors and challenges.
5. Ensure second grade building in factories by building and providing every critical technical job alternative.
6. Ensuring the preservation of the companys reputation from its workplace and improving the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and among the companys employees.

1. Research and design electronic equipment and systems. Advise on technological aspects of materials. Oversee production, installation and maintenance activities.
