úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and coordinate quality activities with the costumers? consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with the project managers.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform the required verification of the correctness and adequacy of the construction work in accordance with the applicable specifications drawings and procedural requirements
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervise materials, testing and follow up with the approved independent laboratories when needed to ensure timely results are obtained.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in testing material on-site as needed and prepare site work reports which include all the inspections undertaken. Submit these daily reports together with any supporting documentation to the QC Manager for his review and recommendations.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReport non-compliance with company quality policies and guidelines to the QC Manager along with recommended rectification actions.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDocumenting the results of each inspected function on the designated reporting form and inform the site supervisor about the unsatisfactory items
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿGather outputs generated from field visits and discuss results with the concerned parties.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConduct tests and inspections on materials and ensure compatibility with contract terms and international standards.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEstablish communication channels with suppliers, vendors and contractors in activities and functions related to QC.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow up on upcoming scheduled activities in advance to coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities require testing e.g. FDT, Concreting, and Asphalting etc.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with surveyor to finalize the benchmark survey setting out prior to start of construction.ÿÿ
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
