Job Description

Drafting activities related to Mechanical, Electrical & Piping Design of PCR (Metallic Pre-fabricated Power Control Room / Substation / E-House) by using various software but not limited to the following:

  1. To yield an accurate, complete and quality drawings / documents in timely manner as per clients requirements.
  2. To study and comply with required standards & specifications, etc.
  3. To prepare Enclosure & Structural Design Drawings and Documents, etc.
  4. To prepare Electrical Equipment, Battery Bank, Lighting and Cable / Conduit routing drawings and documents, etc.
  5. To prepared HVAC, Fire alarm system and piping drawings and documents, etc.
  6. To prepare Bill of Materials, Documents, and 2D/3D models, etc.
  7. To prepare Design & Development Drawings & Documents of other products as deemed necessary by the company.
  8. To be well knowledgeable of Electrical, Mechanical & Piping Material, Components / Equipment and Drawings / Documents in a typical PCR and HV/MV Substation, e.g., Steel Metal Sheet & Member/I-Beam, Side Walls & Roof, Doors & Accessories, Conduit/Pipe, Seal/Gasket, Fastening Hardware, HVAC & Fire Alarm System, Battery Banks, etc.
Directo work experience of minimum 5 years in the drafting field of mechanical, electrical and piping design & manufacturing of PCR or identical metallic enclosures, and HVAC & Fire Alarm System in PCR or HV/MV Substations, by using AutoCad / Microstation. 2D/3D model and various Design Software tools, etc.
