We are currently seeking an experienced Direct Home Contract Representative to join our Human Resources team. As a leader in this industry, our company is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual who has a passion for providing excellent customer service while also being able to handle multiple tasks at once. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services and products
  • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities while speaking with customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues; communicate with management as needed
  • Assist with new client onboarding, including training and technical support
  • Provide accurate and timely billing information for clients
