Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Officer to join our team. As a Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safe handling of goods during transportation.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive delivery schedule and plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Load, unload, and prepare goods for transportation while following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper prioritization and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
