Job Description

Job Summary:A Delivery Driver for food orders via apps is responsible for receiving orders through mobile applications, picking up meals from restaurants or designated locations, and delivering them safely and on time to customers. The driver must be familiar with traffic laws and maintain their vehicle in good working condition to perform this job.Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Order Reception: Receive orders through the mobile app and verify customer details and delivery addresses.
  2. Meal Collection: Promptly and accurately pick up meals from restaurants or specified locations.
  3. Order Verification: Check the accuracy of orders and ensure they are prepared correctly as per the request.
  4. Delivery: Commit to timeliness and safety while delivering orders to customer addresses with professionalism.
  5. Customer Service: Interact courteously with customers, provide orders with accurate receipts, and respond to customer inquiries.
  6. Compliance with Laws: Adhere to traffic laws and regulations and follow transportation safety guidelines.
  7. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
  8. Reporting: Provide periodic reports on operations and issues to a supervisor or the company, as required.
