Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and close all daily production ordersEvaluate the elaborated/packaging/raw material/ingredient consumption, ensure the correct consumption of these materials in SAPPrepare the Yield report of production every day and generate a final report of the monthResponsible for the month end closing processEvaluate and solve all COGI issuesEnsure the correct confirmation of productionin SAP systemCheck in a daily basis the inventory variation between SAP and physical stockFollow all Corporate Norms for Production RecordFollow all Corporate Norms for Inventory adjustmentMonitor / give the guidance to the data entry teamEvaluate the BOM and actual consumption, identify deviations and provide justification for that deviationMaintain very well organized in a specific file, all data about production record and consumption of the materialsRequest and maintain the Anomaly Report for all losses and inventory adjustments and perform write off for non conforming production stocksReview and/or create procedures for the factory as per alignment with the Corporate NormsParticipate in the Internal and External AuditsAdhere to BRF Food safety policy and practicesMinimum RequirementsGraduation/ScholarshipAccounts & Finance, Business Administration or another related area?ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience working in food industryMinimum 3 years of experience in SAP systemLanguagesEnglish:Advance
