Directs and supervises the activities of personnel assigned to Credit Control Section to ensure smooth and efficient execution and follow-up on all credit transactions. Monitors and reports on all credit sales activities and recommends and implements approved procedures to enhance efficiency of credit sales and monitoring activities at Dammam Sales Office. Also: 1) Frequent contacts with senior personnel within the Department for coordination of credit sales operations. 2) Frequent contacts with credit customers regarding issuance of invoices and coordination for receiving payments. 3) Occasional contacts with company bank officials concerning deposits and transfer for product sales. 4) Establish good contacts and relationship with the customers. Reports to Manager, Marketing Department. 5) Works according to established policies, procedures and professional standards. 6) Work accomplishments are subject to review and direction of Manager, Marketing Department. 7) 5 years experience of which at least 3 are in a similar supervisory position
