Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Instructors to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing the competency of drilling and well control personnel.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver Crane training programs.
  2. Certified Crane operator.
  3. Conduct assessments to evaluate the competency of personnel.
  4. Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  5. Maintain training materials and ensure they are up to date with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Stay up to date with industry advancements and incorporate them into training programs.
  7. Collaborate with other instructors and assessors to ensure consistency in training and assessment methods.
  8. Participate in the development of new training programs and courses.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to personnel.
  11. .Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of crane training experience.
  2. Certified Crane operator.
  3. Strong knowledge of Crane Operations.
  4. Experience in delivering training programs and assessing competency.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing industry requirements and incorporate them into training programs.
  10. Knowledge of safety regulations.
  11. Proficient in the use of training software and technology.
