Job Description

Project GP Analysis :

  • Analyze Projects costs and prepare regular management reports for variance analysis
  • Prepare cost estimates for upcoming Projects and RPOs
  • Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
  • Prepare periodical profitability reports for management for ongoing Projects and compare
  • factors that affect Projects profitability
  • Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program (if required so)
  • Revenue Management & Others :
  • Record and maintain Projects revenue recognition
  • Prepare monthly sales reconciliations in coordination with the Projects team
  • Prepare Project sales invoices
  • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
  • Prepare and Maintain Project Budgets
