PRINCIPAL DUTIES Supervises, plans, and directs the activities of Executive Travel Operations performing all normal managerial functions. Maintains the highest possible standard of service delivery by constant performance management audits and setting up of KPIs for team members. Staff development plan through constant counseling, coaching and trainings if & wherever required. Monitors call center and generates call center activities reports. Ensures implementation & compliance with IATA, BSP, or Government regulations. Supervises and controls the preparation and ensures the veracity of, reports required by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Presidency of Civil Aviation (PCA), Commercial Airlines, hotel chains, car rental companies and other travel services providers. Performs frequent data quality audits, initiating procedural changes where necessary. Monitors service standards provided to users and investigates and resolves claims and complaints. Monitors travel activities to ensure the provision of the most cost-effective services in accordance with company travel policy, and reports deviations from policy together with the additional costs incurred. Responsible for the creation, review, and reconciliation of various reports, as required by management. Assists Corporate Travel Manager in administrative duties such as evaluating employee performance, the distribution of workload and employee productivity analysis and the preparation of performance appraisals.SECTION 3: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS) A degree in Logistics, Travel, Transportation, or Business Administration and Diploma in IATA or a related field.Or at least ten (10) years of corporate travel industry experience including a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing a multi-outlet travel organization with a turnover of between $30 mm and $50mm annually. And a minimum of five (5) years experience in handling senior executives. two (2) years of experience inthe GCC travel industry and experience of the leisure and airline sectors would be an advantage. Some previous experience in negotiating with both Corporate Accounts and Airline, Hotel, and Car Hire principles will be essential. Experience in the usage of GDS and understanding of IATA Regulations Incumbent must be PC and internet literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and must possess a valid driver?s license. Incumbent must be extremely energetic, and highly self-motivated, together with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with and manage, a multinational/multicultural workforce. Customer Service driven work ethic are essential. Ability to promote a positive corporate image. Demonstrate decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy.
