Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  3. Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
  6. Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  10. Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
