1.0 POSITION SUMMARY1.1-Monitoring And Assist In / Out Patients Consultation1.2-Following The Program Treatment1.3-Supervision Of Related Psychiatric Specialists And Residents On Daily Basis2.0 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY:2.1-Direct supervision on the multidisciplinary team in both in-patients and outpatients, ensuring theimplementation of the treatment plan for the patients by the team members each according to his specialty.2.2- Oversees the work of professional staff by making and reviewing work assignments, establishing priorities,coordinating activities, and resolving related work problems.2.3- Direct supervision and evaluation of assigned team doctors.2.4- Participate in developing policies and procedures for the work of admission departments and clinics.2.5- Contributing in different hospital committees as required2.6- Participate in the design and execution of different training programs related to his field of specialty.2.7- Cover on calls and on duty shifts according to the policies and measures of the hospital.2.8- Conducts group and family therapy sessions.2.9- Attends and participates in the training program in psychiatry.2.10- Delivers speeches to lay and professional groups concerning psychiatry, mental hygiene, child guidanceand related topics.2.11- Perform regular visits or per need to evaluate patients and attend meetings in prisons, hospitals, and otherfacilities related to his field of work.2.12-Performs any other related work as assigned.3.0 POSITION QUALIFICATION :3.1 EDUCATION3.1.1-Saudi of Arabic fellowship or equivalent in his field of specialty .ERADA COMPLEX AND MENTAL HEALTH, DAMMAMPOLICY & PROCEDURE OF ADDICTION DEPARTMENTJOB DESCRIPTION OF CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRYJOB DESCRIPTION FORM 23.2 EXPERIENCE3.2.1-Three (03) years experience post qualifications in preconized hospital.3.2.2-Passing the technical evaluation .3.3 EXPERTISE AND SKILLS:3.3.1- Technical ability in his subspecialty.3.3.2- The ability of establishing communications and good relations with others.3.3.3- The ability to improve his subspecialty3.3.4- English language skills4.0 AGREEMENTI, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read my job description and understand its content.
