Job Description

  • On call support with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues
  • Ability to travel up on a regular basis to client sites
  • System maintenance visits to customer site: the scope of the visits shall be agreed on with customer before visits.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness to the clients? requests.
  • Directly report to the Technical Manager
  • Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
  • Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations
