Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Collection Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection activities and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring that all collection efforts are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage the collection strategy to achieve targets and reduce delinquency rates
  2. Supervise a team of collection agents and provide guidance and support as needed
  3. Monitor and analyze collection reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Review and approve payment plans and negotiate settlements with customers
  5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely resolution
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in a supervisory role
  2. Strong knowledge of collection laws and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  6. Preferred background and experience in accounting
