? Must be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches and tool designs.? Must be proficient in understanding CNC methodology and programs.? Must be able to troubleshoot CNC programs and carry minor program corrections as required? Operate the CNC machine based on input programs to machine parts.? Must be able to select required Electrodes & optimize machining parameters? Must be able select Quality inspection/check using the appropriate measuring devices and following the methods described in quality plan? Operator level Maintenance of CNC machine, tooling and fixtures? Ability to carry out setting of fixtures & tooling in CNC machines? Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.? Troubleshoot machining problems when required, including analysis of rejections/yield problems.? Participate in the continuous review of machining processes, focusing on opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.? Assist in machining development process.? Must also be able to train and instruct machinists as directed.
