Job Description

  • Follow up on daily shipping, receiving, and customs clearance operations-related activities.
  • Monitor and cooperate closely with logistics operational staff and ensure professionalism and a high level of work standard.
  • Plan and arrange transportation requirements from logistics.
  • Follow-up and track the trucks to dispatch from source and receive in destination on time.
  • Keep and update daily records of transport arrangements between the branches.
  • Monitor closely the delivery schedules and ensure all customs clearance KPIs are being met.
  • Monitor and follow up deeply all opportunities to avoid additional costs, demurrage/detention.
  • Coordinate with all required Logistics service providers.
  • Follow all claims with external ?and internal concerns till closing
  • Payment follow up with A/C
  • Updating SAP with day-to-day shipment status.
