Review and coordination of design documents, and design conflicts for the client.
Review technical submissions and design layouts.
Coordinate between the construction and contractors engineering teams ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon.
Supervise the review and approvals of shop drawings and material Submissions with respect to the project Specification and Standards of practice submitted by contractors.
Documenting project issues/conditions.
Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
Develop and implement BIM workflows specific to civil engineering projects.
Create 3D models of civil elements such as roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to integrate civil designs into the overall BIM model. --
Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using BIM software.
Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts in the BIM model.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards related to civil engineering.
Proficiency in civil engineering design principles and practices.
Familiarity with civil engineering codes and standards.
Ability to create accurate 3D models and perform clash detection.
Knowledge of quantity takeoff and cost estimation methods.
Understanding of site development and infrastructure design.
Experience in coordinating with architects and other disciplines.
