Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.˙Responsibilities

  • Read and study scope of work and any related documents.
  • Study all structural and architectural and civil drawings.
  • Make Technical Queries for any missing information (conflict and clarification) in documents or drawing.
  • Use the professional program for measurements such as AutoCAD, Planswift9.
  • Prepare Material / Quantity take off.
  • Make EXCEL Quantity break down for all items at BOQ.
  • Establishing cost estimate sheet for new bid project.
  • Prepare RFQ packages before Send RFQ to supplier and subcontractors to make Quotations.
  • Save all RFQ in share folder, received quotation and email received for reference. Provide status report of RFQ. Study all quotation to assure they follow the requirement and evaluating details based on specification. Also, to review the rate and compare to another supplier.
  • Preparation of comparison table for sub-contractor or supplier, compare item by item related on the description.
