Civil EngineerReporting To: General ManagerTypical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:•Oversee all day-to-day aspects of the industrial building project, including planning, project management, framework, daily progress of the construction, and compliance with the original design.•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.•Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.•Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution of the project in compliance with the specifications, codes, and standards.•Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the project.•Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.•Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or discrepancies and ensure quality control and safety measures are maintained.•Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including company management, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.•Prepare and present regular progress reports, budget analyses, and other project documentation to senior management and project partners.•Preparation of Estimates and participate in Bidding of small, Medium and Turnkey Projects.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.•In-depth knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.•Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point etc.)Job Location : Dammam
