Directs and co-ordinates the establishment of annual operating budgets.
Directs operational execution and delivery of company revenue results including the development of plans, the reporting of progress against strategic goals and the development and maintenance of superior customer relationships and standards.
Works collaboratively with leaders of other departments in integrating and coordinating individual effort into a unified program for the business.
Monitors market trends and the competitive landscape in order to provide continuous business improvement recommendations and to suggest new business venues and both traditional and non-traditional revenue opportunities.
Remains abreast of developments and innovations in the field by reading current literature,attending professional association meetings and conferences and by discussing developments and issues of mutual interest with others in the field.
Directs planning and selection of manpower in the function, in line with the business and operational plans.
Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing ongoing feedback and coaching team members within the function.
Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Chief Operating Officer in order to meet functions objectives.
