Job Description? Responsible for overall camp facilities including kitchen and diners.? Prepare staff work schedule and ensure the compliance? Supervise all camp cleaning, maintenance, transportation and cateringworks are going and meeting standards.? Review maintenance preventive program? Coordinates between Catering Supervisor and Maintenance staff toensure proper implementation of the regular and preventive maintenanceprogram.? Ensure on time water, electricity and gas supplies.? Control food stuffs stocks and prepare requisitions on time for GMapproval and issuing POs? Coordinate daily operations with camps administrator officer? Revise residents Check in/checkout reports before summation to headoffice and getting customer approval? Follows the pest control schedule and other contractors' servicesperformance? Plan camp requirement and control all aspects consumption.? Minimize the cash purchase as possible and submit the camp pettycash reimbursement as per set agenda? Prepare and submit staff time sheet on monthly basisSkillsMinimum Experience 5 to 8 years at least 3 years holding same designation.Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferableGood English and Arabic language writing skillsMust be ready for relocation within Saudi Arabia.Candidates with Transferable Iqama need to applyCandidates from catering background are required to apply Bachelors or higher diploma in relevant field.
