Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join our team in Dammam,, Saudi Arabia. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our team provides excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment and strong leadership skills. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of call center team leaders
  2. Ensure that team leaders are meeting their performance targets and KPIs
  3. Monitor and evaluate call center metrics and provide reports to management
  4. Implement and maintain call center policies and procedures
  5. Train and onboard new call center agents
  6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions
  7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management
